PLEASE NOTE

(i)                           Bookings are essential as boBRENE has a Permanent Locked Electronic Gate for our guest’s Security and Privacy.  Entry to the beautiful 6.125 ha property is by prior arrangement ONLY and you must phone prior to arrival to obtain your Gate Code.

(ii)                          All outstanding fees are to be settled on arrival, sorry we do not offer pro-rata rates.

(iii)                         To secure your accommodation reservation, 50% is required as a deposit at time of booking.  Your booking cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. The balance of your account is to be paid on arrival.

(iv)                        Accommodation check-in is around 2pm and check-out is 10am; sorry we do not offer pro-rata rates, however, early check-in/late check-out times can be negotiated; talk to Rene

(v)                        Acceptable payment methods are  credit card; (Master & Visa) electronic funds transfer; (EFT) or cash.
 
(vi)                      Normally boBRENE will not offer a refund; however, you will be offered the opportunity to re-schedule your booking within the current Season, provided we have a minimum of 14 days notice and we are able to re-book the accommodation for the original date.

(vii)                    All prices are subject to change without notice.

(viii)                    Private Functions, Seminars, Weddings, etc. P.O.A.

(ix)            boBRENE is a Private Residence and Naturist Retreat not a club.  All guests staying here are by invitation only.  All guests have their own “duty of care”.  Although all care is taken, NO responsibility is accepted.   Our insurance cover does not include any of your personal items or equipment such as Recreational Vehicles.  If you bring your personal items and equipment to our private venue, please ensure that your property is adequately covered by your own personal insurance.
