PLEASE NOTE
(i) boBRENE is a private residence/retreat not a caravan park. All guests staying here are by invitation only, although all care is taken, NO responsibility is accepted. All guests have their own “duty of care”. Our insurance cover does not include any of your personal items or equipment such as motor homes and other vehicles. If you bring your personal items and equipment to our private venue, please ensure that your property is adequately covered by your own personal insurance.
(ii) Bookings are essential as boBRENE has a permanent locked electronic gate for our guest’s security and privacy. Entry after 10am to the beautiful 6.125 ha property is by prior arrangement ONLY and you must phone prior to arrival to obtain the current gate code.
(iii) For all accommodation bookings, to secure your reservation, the first night’s tariff is required as a deposit at time of booking. Your booking cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
(iv) Accommodation check-in is around 2pm and check-out is 10am; sorry we do not offer pro-rata rates, however, early check-in/late check-out times can be negotiated; talk to Rene
(v) The entry fee which includes a day visit (nominally 10am – 6pm) is to be paid on arrival.
(vi) Acceptable payment methods are cash, cheque, or electronic transfer.
(vii) Generally boBRENE does not offer a refund; however, you will be offered the opportunity to re-schedule your booking, provided we have a minimum of 48 hours notice.
(viii) All prices are subject to change without notice.
(ix) Generally, numbers will be limited to 12 units (24 people), however, private functions, seminars, weddings, etc. numbers and price are subject to negotiation.
