(i) Bookings are essential as boBRENE Naturist Retreat has a Permanent Locked Electronic Gate for our guest’s Security and Privacy. Entry to the beautiful 6.125 ha property is by prior arrangement ONLY and you must phone prior to arrival to obtain your Gate Code.
(ii) To secure your accommodation reservation, full payment is required if your booking is within a three month period, or 50% is required as a deposit for long term bookings at the time of booking. Your booking cannot be confirmed until your payment/deposit has been received. The outstanding balance of your account is to be "PAID ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL"
(iii) Accommodation check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 10am; Caravans and Camper Trailers/Vans check-in is between 12noon-5pm ONLY and check-out is before 10am sorry we do not offer pro-rata rates. For an early check-in or late check-out, guest’s are welcome to stay, there will be a surcharge of $80. Day Visit check-in is from 10am and check-out is before 4pm.
(iv) Acceptable payment methods are credit card; (Master & Visa) Electronic Funds Transfer; (EFT) or cash.
(v) CANCELLATION POLICY- 4 weeks notice is required for cancellations for Public Holidays & Long Weekends and 2 weeks notice at other times. A $100 administration fee will apply to all cancellations. Any cancellations less than the required notice will forfeit their monies. However if we can re-let your reservation for the same period you can re-schedule your stay for another time that Season (Oct- April). Note: Fees are not refundable if your stay is shortened.
(vi) All prices are subject to change without notice.
(vii) While all care is taken to supply a safe facility including maintaining supporting systems and engaging a third party safety consultant, it is a requirement upon entry to the facility that all guests accept liability and Responsibility for their actions and do not undertake any activity that will place themselves and/or other guests in personal risk or danger.
(viii) People with mobility difficulties, Please Note: because of the terrain, there are many steps & slopes throughout the property that need to be negotiated.
(ix) Our insurance cover does not include guest’s personal items or equipment such as Motor or Recreational Vehicles. Please ensure your own Personal Insurance adequately covers your property.
(x) Payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
